These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") cover your use of bailabeatsdance.com and the classes and memberships sold by Baila Beats Academy, LLC, doing business as Baila Beats Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, buying a class package or a membership, or coming to a class, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Offer

We teach Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia and Mexican Folklore group classes at 2603 S Miami Blvd, Durham, North Carolina. We also run parent and baby classes at Beyond Birth Lactation Services & Boutique, 1911 Hillandale Rd #1010, Durham, NC 27705, plus social dance nights, workshops, private lessons, class passes, and monthly memberships. Class nights, times and levels are listed on our schedule page.

2. Memberships and Payments

• Monthly memberships are recurring. They renew on their own every month until you cancel.
• The Beginner Challenge is a one time payment for one cycle of classes.
• The Ultimate Dance Membership is a one time payment for a fixed number of months, counted from the day you join.
• Prices are listed on our pricing page and can change. A change never affects a period you already paid for.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final and we do not give refunds. You can cancel a monthly membership at any time by texting (919) 914-3077 or emailing [email protected]. Your classes keep working until the end of the month you already paid for. Beginner Challenge spots do not carry over to a later cycle. One time payments are not refundable.

4. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

When you opt in to text messages from Baila Beats Academy, LLC, you agree to get recurring messages about your question, your account, your classes, and, where you agreed to it, offers.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (919) 914-3077.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties.

5. Class Rules

Please arrive on time and bring clean shoes for the floor. Levels build on each other, so we may ask you to start in Level 1. We can move, combine or cancel a class when we need to, and we will tell you as early as we can.

6. You Dance At Your Own Risk

Dancing is physical activity. By joining our classes and socials you confirm that you are healthy enough to take part, and you accept the risks that come with physical activity. Talk to a doctor before you start any exercise program. As far as the law allows, Baila Beats Academy, LLC is not liable for injuries that happen while you take part.

7. Photos and Video

We take photos and video in class and at socials and we may use them to promote the studio. Tell us in writing if you do not want to be shown, and we will keep you out of them.

8. Our Content

Our videos, class material and choreography are ours. They are for your own personal use. Please do not copy, sell or hand them out without our written permission.

9. Community Conduct

We are proud of a friendly, respectful room. We can remove any student whose behavior is abusive or disruptive, without a refund.

10. Disclaimer and Limit of Liability

Our classes are provided "as is." We do not promise any specific result. As far as the law allows, the most Baila Beats Academy, LLC can owe you for any claim about our services is the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using our services, you accept the updated Terms.
